Returns and Refund Policy: At conditionHER, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. All sales are final, except in the case of a product issue. If you believe your product has a defect or there was an error with your order, you may return the item within 5 business days of purchase for an evaluation. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.

Exceptions to our final sale policy will be considered for:

Items that have a manufacturing defect.
Items that were damaged upon arrival.
Errors in the order fulfillment.
If your return is approved, we will offer a full refund or exchange as appropriate.

Refunds (if applicable): Upon receiving your returned product at our warehouse, we'll promptly process the return. If the product meets our return criteria, we will proceed with the refund. While the refund is initiated automatically on our end, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times. Rest assured, our team is committed to ensuring that your refund is processed swiftly and efficiently.

Please note if the returned product doesn't qualify for a refund based on our inspection, we will, unfortunately, have to deny the return.
