1. ELIGIBILITY
The conditionHER Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of Social Butterfly Consulting, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 7:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on November 25, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 28, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes using one of the following methods during the Sweepstakes Period:

● Alternatively, mail a 3” x 5” postcard with your full name, address, email, and phone number to:

Donation-Based Entry:
● Participants who make eligible donations to the conditionHER fundraiser during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. Donations do not increase the odds of winning.
Important Note: No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win. Participants using the free entry method have the same odds of winning as those who enter through donations.
4. LIMITATIONS
Participants are limited to a maximum of two (2) entries during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, late, misdirected, fraudulent, or in violation of these rules, including attempts to use automated devices or multiple entries beyond the limit.
5. PRIZES
Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive an airline ticket from the airline of their choice. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $850. If the cost of airfare exceeds $850, the winner is responsible for the excess costs.
Total ARV of all prizes: $850.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about December 22, 2024, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be notified via email, phone, or mail within three (3) days of the drawing and must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the winner fails to respond within this timeframe, they may forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, combining both free and donation-based entries.

In the event an entry is confirmed to have been deleted, lost, or otherwise corrupted, the sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. If the prize cannot be awarded due to unforeseen circumstances, no substitute prize will be offered unless at the Sponsor’s discretion.
9. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that:

3. Awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the
