Shipping Costs: At conditionHER, we believe in transparency and fairness regarding shipping costs. Rest assured, shipping fees will not exceed the price of your product. For orders over $60, we are pleased to offer free standard shipping within the United States. For orders outside the U.S., shipping fees will apply and are calculated based on the destination country.

Processing and Delivery Times: Upon placing your order, we allocate up to 3 business days for processing and dispatch from our facility. Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.
• During peak periods, such as holidays, processing times may extend to 5-14 business days. These times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or the delivery location.

International Shipping: conditionHER proudly serves customers around the globe. We offer international shipping with the understanding that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Tracking: Every shipped order will be accompanied by a tracking number sent via email. This number allows you to monitor your package's progress until it reaches you.

Lost or Missing Packages: In the unfortunate event that your package does not arrive, please contact us at info@conditionHER.com with your order details. We will conduct a thorough investigation and, if necessary, issue a one-time replacement. For recurrent issues, we recommend contacting your local postal service to initiate a 'Missing Mail Search' and file a lost mail claim, providing us with any pertinent case numbers or documentation to help resolve the matter.
